Delivery Information

FREE DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

We offer our customers free delivery nationwide to most of mainland UK when you spend £360 plus vat or more than £360 plus vat. The orders less than £360+vat and over £200 plus vat there is a delivery charge of £25 plus vat. The orders under £200 plus vat there is a £50 plus vat delivery charge. This will be calculated at the checkout process.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES

Most of our orders are dispatched within 5 – 7 working days. However, more speciality items or ordered in items may take a little longer to dispatch and may take up to 7-14 working days.

South west England : Gloucestershire

Northern & Yorkshire : South Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire

 

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm delivery date. This is usually within 48 hours on weekdays for standard items but not always the case. For items that have a longer lead time than 5 – 7 working days your delivery date confirmation email may take longer than 48 hours. Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Most important thing is we strongly advise customers not to book any tradesmen to do your work until after your material has been delivered, on rare occasions delays may occur that are out of our control which could result in a delayed delivery.

Please ensure there is a means of offloading your order on-site (unless otherwise agreed with us). Always check your delivery is correct when it arrives before you unload and sign for your order.

In the unlikely event that your delivery is not correct or damaged please notify us immediately by emailing deliveries@@loftandinsulation.co.uk and also mark any issues on the delivery slip.

CHECKING DELIVERY TIMES

If you wish to check the delivery time of your order on the day of delivery please email deliveries@loftandinsulation.co.uk and please provide your order number. Our team will then provide you with an estimated time by email where possible. Please note this is just an estimated time only and is not an exact time, delays may occur from when an order leaves it’s storage point to when it arrives to its delivery point.

Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If orders are returned to us by the delivery company, we may make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.

MAINLAND UK

We always focus on local delivery services, for remote regions within the mainland UK or special delivery requests your order may be dispatched with a courier or haulage company. There may be an additional charge for this courier service, but you will be notified before dispatch of this if you wish to proceed.

Special instruction: Some areas of UK may not be covered in our free delivery or standard lead time terms. If delivery is required to these areas, please contact us before ordering to confirm lead times and whether we can ship under standard terms.
